1. Create your account
Before you can place an order, you must create a customer account.
You can sign up with Facebook, Google or directly with your email address.
Once your account is created and connected, you will be able to add your products to the cart and complete your order.
2. Add your products to the cart
When you find a product you’re interested in, choose the desired quantity and click on Add to cart.
A confirmation window then appears with the summary of your cart.
You can then continue shopping or access your cart directly.
3. Check your cart
Once your products are selected, click on Cart at the top of the site to view the recap of your order.
Verify the items added, select your delivery country then choose the desired delivery method.
Shipping costs will be calculated automatically.
4. Complete your information
In the next step, carefully verify your billing address and your shipping address.
Then choose your payment method. You can also add a comment or a special instruction regarding your order.
Before continuing, be sure to check the box accepting the terms and conditions of sale, then click on Next step.
5. Check the summary of your order
Before payment, a complete recap is displayed with the ordered products, the addresses, the delivery method, the payment method and the total amount.
Take the time to carefully verify all information before finalizing the order.
6. Proceed to payment
After validation, you will be redirected to the secure payment platform.
Important: during an online payment, make sure the payment windows and pages load automatically. Do not close the page or refresh it manually to avoid any transaction problems.
7. Order confirmation
Once the payment is validated, you will receive an order confirmation email.
You will then receive a second email with tracking information when your order is shipped.
